Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Session Cancellation: Clients may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited. Package Cancellation: Clients can cancel the entire coaching package within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been conducted. If sessions have been conducted, the cost of those sessions will be deducted from the refund amount at a prorated rate based on the total package price. Terms and Conditions: Service Details: The coaching package includes up to 5 sessions with industry professionals. Services provided include example interview questions, intro statement development, closing statement development, critical thinking exercises, guidance on how to control the interview, mock interview sessions (up to 3), professional resume layout, a resume built to suit employment needs, keyword placement for automated job searches, and unlimited correction requests. Session Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the availability of the coach. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection for virtual sessions. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited. Mock Interview Sessions: Up to 3 mock interview sessions are included in the package. Mock interviews must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies as regular sessions. Unlimited Correction Requests: Clients are entitled to unlimited correction requests for resumes and other materials provided as part of the coaching package. Correction requests will be handled within a reasonable time frame, typically within 2-3 business days. Termination of Services: The coaching provider reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in inappropriate behavior or violates the terms and conditions. In such cases, a prorated refund will be provided for any unused sessions.
